Rachelle Koser is the owner and creative director of Rachelle Doreen Events & Exploration, an experiential and explorative focused event firm specializing in hospitality,
event management, and destinations.
She has 20 years of experience in all things hospitality and events, from NYFW fashion shows, destination weddings, themed celebrations, corporate holiday parties, incentive travel, birthdays and everything in between. With 10 of those years spent as Director of Events for a private arts club in NYC and the other 10 spent producing in various destinations, she is now located in sunny Southern California.
Rachelle has the in-depth understanding of all the moving parts from the back to the front of house and from the DJ to the champagne pouring aerialist. Her tag line says it all “Let's create something fantastic, somewhere extraordinary!”

With years of experience in some of New York's most renowned restaurants, events are second nature to Jenna. Harnessing her entrepreneurial spirit, she pivoted from the restaurant industry to the world of fashion where she grew a successful women's e-commerce and brick & mortar boutique blocks from the beach in Los Angeles.
Some of her favorite events were intimate wine dinners, where she brought a deep knowledge and passion for wine to share with others.
Her heart beats from travel and her favorite destination is the lavender dotted hills of Provence in the south of France.

From a young age, Morgan always found herself in one creative endeavor or another, whether it be drawing place cards for a family dinner or staying up late at night to finish the layout design of the high school newspaper. Her obsession with making the things around her look organized and beautiful (with the right font, of course) has never stopped growing.
She moved to NYC in 2011 and began her position as Director of Communications at a private arts club. While there, she handled all in-house graphic design and marketing projects, and had the privilege of working closely with Director of Events, Rachelle Doreen for five years.
Now back in Northern California, Morgan has continued to pursue her love of design and all things creative. When not designing, she is teaching dance, playing with her son, or sipping wine at one of her favorite wineries.

Lauryn has years of experience in hospitality, and is excited to branch out into event planning. For as long as she can remember, her passion has been singing and songwriting. She is currently a signed singer/songwriter in LA for commercials, tv shows, movies, etc. and also writes music for her own brand. Lauryn was born a social, creative, and hardworking individual; her move to event planning is a natural fit.
Lauryn is now the Administrative Assistant for Rachelle Doreen Events, while also managing our new private event space, ‘The Shindy.” Lauryn is new to the team and brings a young, exciting energy. She is excited to gain experience and plans to keep pursuing event planning in the future. She sees event planning as a way to help those around her by providing them with amazing events that celebrate the various joys in life’s journey.
Sean Casey graduated from Laguna College of Art & Design in 2004 with a BFA in Graphic Design.
After a decade on the West Coast working in Design and Advertising for the Beauty and Fashion industries, Sean returned to NYC in 2010 to pursue new opportunities in Hospitality and Event Design at one of the world's top private arts clubs. Sean worked his way up the ladder, learning the ropes of operations, logistics, and client relations in the hospitality industry, becoming Lead Designer, Stylist, Curator, and finally Communications Director.
Today, Sean continues to create innovative event design and concepts of all scales for private and corporate clients.

Based in Brooklyn, New York but originally from Dublin, Ireland, Emma has her B.A Honors Degree in Visual Communications and has experience creating everything from bespoke menus, logos and websites for big and small brands.
Emma is driven by thoughtful ideas and loves to create detailed designs, whether you’re looking for help with invites, menus or calligraphy place cards, she can create pieces to match your theme. If you’re looking for something a little more modern, Emma is also able to create a website for your event, so guests can find all the information they need at the click of their mouse.
When not busy designing, she enjoys reading, going for walks and also taking a variety of workout classes. Emma is far more comfortable being behind a camera rather than in front, take a look at her site here.
