An entertainment professional turned event producer, Zoe is known for crafting immersive experiences with heart and purpose. Before transitioning into events, she toured nationally with Disney, honing her ability to captivate audiences and bring stories to life. At RD Events, she has helped produce experiences for BCNY, Titan, and Absolut, further expanding her work across meaningful, high-impact moments. Zoe channels her creativity and collaborative spirit into designing experiences that inspire, surprise, and connect.
Chrysti brings over a decade of experience leading large-scale events and creative campaigns within the hospitality and lifestyle industries. With a background in experiential marketing and social media strategy, Chysti specializes in blending event production with content creation to craft memorable, story-driven experiences that connect brands with their audiences.
Sean is an experienced events producer and scenic designer with over 20 years shaping elevated brand experiences for leading luxury clients, including Moncler, Maison Margiela, Tiffany & Co., Maybelline New York, and Pernod Ricard. He specializes in end-to-end event execution—from design and creative direction to audience curation and vendor management—delivering refined, memorable experiences rooted in precision and luxury brand storytelling.
Rachelle Koser is a seasoned event producer and creative director with extensive experience in full-scale event production, experiential strategy, and destination management. Through her leadership, she and her team have helped brands execute unforgettable galas, conferences, and high-visibility activations that drive recognition, connection, and impact.
Rachelle spent ten years as the Director of Events at Norwood, the private arts club in New York City, where she produced culturally rich and innovative experiences for partners including HBO, PayPal, Venmo, Macy’s, Pernod Ricard, and other influential brands. Her decade at Norwood refined her expertise in elevated hospitality, complex operations, and designing moments that feel both intentional and memorable.
A Southern California native who spent over a decade in New York City, Rachelle brings a bi-coastal perspective shaped by travel, curiosity, and a deep appreciation for global culture. She is fueled by exploration and grounded in her passion for wellness in all forms—mind, body, and spirit—values that continue to influence her creative approach and the experiences she brings to life.
