Annual Recap: Continued Partnerships with RD Events
As we step into the upcoming year, our gratitude grows for the continuing relationships we’ve curated and look forward to building more.
The Boys’ Club of New York
The Boys’ Club of New York has been one of our most fulfilling continued relationships we have curated here at RD Events. We started our year off in the sun at the Palm Beach Luncheon, featuring impactful dialogues among our special guests including Michael S. Smith and Kristina O’Neill, as well as a fashion forward pop up led by Silvia Tcherassi.
We then headed into the city for the Annual BCNY Luncheon, 583 Park Avenue hosted an intimate conversation between Ken Langone and Andrew Ross Sorkin on mentorship and the American Dream, supporting fundraising efforts for the young men on New York City.
Next, we hit the fairway, the 20th Annual BCNY Golf Outing took place at the historic Piping Rock Club, bringing supporters together for a day of golf, community, and philanthropy. The BCNY Board of Trustees Dinner at the Racquet & Tennis Club was an intimate evening bringing together leadership and supporters in one of New York’s most storied private clubs.
It was an honor to again be a part of The Boys’ Club of New York celebration of its 74th Annual Fall Dance at the newly reopened Waldorf Astoria, where our team produced the gala from concept to completion. The event raised over $1 million in support of BCNY’s citywide youth programs.
We rounded out the year with The BCNY Women’s Holiday Luncheon at Maxim’s in New York; a festive gathering celebrating community, philanthropy, and the giving season in one of the city’s most iconic dining rooms.
Another gratifying, successful year in the books with The Boys’ Club of New York.
ABSOLUT
Our continued relationship with Absolut grows and flourishes with each event we build. The Absolut Studio at Tales of the Cocktail was an immersive expression of sustainable cocktail culture, produced by RD Events for LMC x Absolut. We led comprehensive event production, partnering with leading vendors to execute a visionary brand experience rooted in circularity. We are honored to have been a part of such a fantastic occasion for the third consecutive year, and are looking forward to many more.
We are beyond grateful to continue to build these lasting and prosperous relationships with our clients and their communities. Bringing the visions to life of such creative and dynamic teams has been nothing short of rewarding. Wishing you well and cheers to a new year, we can’t wait for whats next.

Rachelle Koser is the owner and creative director of Rachelle Doreen Events & Exploration, an experiential and explorative focused event firm specializing in hospitality, event management, and destinations.
She has 20 years of experience in all things hospitality and events, from NYFW fashion shows, destination weddings, themed celebrations, corporate holiday parties, incentive travel, birthdays and everything in between. With 10 of those years spent as Director of Events for a private arts club in NYC and the other 10 spent producing in various destinations, she is now located in sunny Southern California.
Rachelle has the in-depth understanding of all the moving parts from the back to the front of house and from the DJ to the champagne pouring aerialist. Her tag line says it all “Let’s create something fantastic, somewhere extraordinary!”
