Our team recently had the opportunity to visit several remarkable properties in Cancun and The Riviera Maya, Mexico, including the Hilton Cancun, Waldorf Astoria, Hilton Tulum, The Conrad, and Holistika Tulum. These visits allowed us to immerse ourselves in the unique experiences each location offers.
As part of our research for clients, we evaluated these venues for their potential to host incentive travel programs and company offsite’s. From the luxurious amenities and stunning beachfront settings to the wellness-focused environments, each property showcased its distinct charm and ability to cater to corporate gatherings, incentive travel and memorable retreats.

Welcome to Mexico!
We kicked off our adventure at the stunning Hilton Cancun, met with a delightful brunch with breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. The tranquil ambiance paired with the vibrant flavors of the meal set the tone for an unforgettable stay.
We then ventured to the Waldorf Astoria Cancun with an unforgettable immersive cocktail class. The experience was both educational and fun, as we learned about the art of mixology. Guided by expert bartenders, we crafted signature cocktails that highlighted Siete Machos tequila’s rich flavors. It was the perfect way to kick off our time at this luxurious resort and we will be recommending this to our clients!

The lush jungles and pristine beaches of the Riviera Maya create an unforgettable backdrop for fostering connections and celebrating achievements. This stunning destination offers the perfect balance of natural beauty and luxury, making it ideal for incentive travel or company retreats.
During our visit, we had the privilege of exploring the beautiful Rio Secreto, a captivating underground river and cave system adorned with ancient stalactites and stalagmites. This hidden gem provided a unique glimpse into the natural wonders and historical significance of the region, leaving us in awe of its beauty. The experience was both adventurous and serene, offering an incredible opportunity to bond and reflect while marveling at the breathtaking ruins and formations. It’s an experience we highly recommend incorporating into any corporate retreat or incentive travel program to create lasting memories.

The Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya
The Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya Resort welcomed our group with a fun and lively entertainment. For those planning conferences or events, the state-of-the-art Tukal Convention Center provided an exceptional venue with modern amenities, ideal for speaking engagements and gatherings. She has 20 years of experience in all things hospitality and events, from NYFW fashion shows, destination weddings, themed celebrations, corporate holiday parties, incentive travel, birthdays and everything in between. With 10 of those years spent as Director of Events for a private arts club in NYC and the other 10 spent producing in various destinations, she is now located in sunny Southern California.
Rachelle has the in-depth understanding of all the moving parts from the back to the front of house and from the DJ to the champagne pouring aerialist. Her tag line says it all “Let’s create something fantastic, somewhere extraordinary!”
