From Me to We
I started Rachelle Doreen events & exploration in January of 2018, which was primarily me with occasional support from other event professionals. Surely, I wouldn’t be lonely throwing parties, traveling to new places and working with incredible clients? Quickly, I learned how isolated this journey would be, so I decided to create something larger.
With copious amounts of time during quarantine, I was able to rethink my business and build a team of creatives and event professionals from my years in the industry. So the Me became a We!
We feel so incredibly fortunate and thankful to have connected over the years and to continue creating amazing experiences together.
Meet the We
Sean Casey is by far the most engaging, entertaining and creative humans we know. We are excited to have him on the team and offer up his fresh perspective and artistic eye.
Wynn Nguyen has a passion for exploring and capturing every moment. She always delivers a destination to die for and a celebration to remember.
Dana Altieri is full of curiosity and the explorative nature that founded RDEE. Her drive and commitment to perfection make her an invaluable member of our team.
Jenna Gruttadauria brings beauty, style and taste to every event she touches. Knowledgeable on all things food, fashion and vino, so she knows how to make any event a statement.
Emma McGuire tackles everything from production to graphic design and all the small details in between. She does it all with ease and grace and we would be lost without her.

Rachelle Koser is the owner and creative director of Rachelle Doreen Events & Exploration, an experiential and explorative focused event firm specializing in hospitality, event management, and destinations.
She has 20 years of experience in all things hospitality and events, from NYFW fashion shows, destination weddings, themed celebrations, corporate holiday parties, incentive travel, birthdays and everything in between. With 10 of those years spent as Director of Events for a private arts club in NYC and the other 10 spent producing in various destinations, she is now located in sunny Southern California.
Rachelle has the in-depth understanding of all the moving parts from the back to the front of house and from the DJ to the champagne pouring aerialist. Her tag line says it all “Let’s create something fantastic, somewhere extraordinary!”
